Tour KC was born out of my curiosity about new cultures—a passion that led me on a trip to India where a local took me on an unforgettable tour. After returning home, I realized there was a large international community in Kansas City, many of whom have visiting families that feel stuck in their homes during their visits, unable to explore and experience the city and its surroundings. As a Kansas City native with family roots dating back to the late 19th century, I knew just how rich our city’s history is and what it has to offer. With this, I was inspired to create Tour KC, a way for people to uncover the stories, history, and experiences that have shaped my childhood and continue to make Kansas City so unique.
